The therapy gently stimulates lymph flow, helps reduce fluid buildup, and eases tissue tension, supporting improved comfort, mobility, and overall lymphatic function. Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a gentle, skin-to-skin stretching technique that works directly with the lymphatic system. Using light rhythmic movements, the therapist stimulates the relevant lymph nodes and encourages lymph fluid to move in the appropriate physiological direction, helping the body manage swelling more effectively. This therapy is performed without oils, allowing precise skin traction needed to activate the lymphatic vessels. This session is targeted rather than full-body, focusing on the specific areas where swelling or lymphatic congestion is present.
