## Postpartum & C-Section Lymphatic Drainage - Full body session including Face **This treatment is suitable after childbirth once your healthcare provider (GP, midwife, obstetrician, or surgeon) has confirmed that you are recovering well and it is safe to begin Manual Lymphatic Drainage. If you have had a C-section, treatment should only begin after you have received medical clearance.** Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a gentle, relaxing treatment designed to support your recovery after childbirth, whether you have had a vaginal birth or a Caesarean section. Using the internationally recognised **Dr. Vodder Method**, gentle rhythmic movements encourage the natural flow of lymphatic fluid throughout the body.
