Cupping Therapy with Full Body Massage This treatment combines targeted cupping therapy with a full body massage to help release long-term muscular tightness, improve circulation, and promote overall wellbeing. Cupping Areas – Important Information Cupping therapy in this session is specifically performed on the back and the back of the legs only. These areas are chosen because they commonly hold deep, long-term tension and respond very well to cupping. Cupping is not applied to the front of the body as standard. If a client has specific needs or concerns, this can be discussed prior to the treatment. The Cupping Process A gentle cupping technique is used, combining short static holds and light gliding movements. The cups are applied for a shorter duration to reduce discomfort while still supporting tissue release and improved circulation. This approach helps to: Release long-standing muscle tightness Improve local blood flow Reduce stiffness without excessive pressure or pain Many clients experience relief from chronic tightness following this focused cupping work. Full Body Massage Following the cupping, a full body massage is performed to: Increase circulation throughout the body Support muscle recovery Encourage relaxation and balance Integrate the effects of the cupping treatment Sensation & Marks The cupping used is less painful and generally well tolerated Some cupping marks may appear, which is normal Marks are usually minimal, but in some cases can last up to 3–4 weeks These marks fade naturally and are not bruises Important Note This is a wellness treatment designed to support muscle relaxation and circulation and is not a medical treatment.
